Service Technician

- Troubleshoot, repair, maintain and install HVAC/R and related equipment as assigned
- Capability to handle a large amount of calls maintaining a commitment to quality
- Uses proper tools and instruments for troubleshooting
- Responds to customer complaints with both sympathy and empathy
- Ability to accurately determine priorities: following the planned call schedule and having the proper tools and materials to complete tasks at the job site
- Reliability and trustworthiness are key
- Obtain necessary licenses and certifications
