Position Overview
We are seeking entry to mid level CNC Machinist to set up, operate, and maintain CNC equipment to produce high-quality precision components. The ideal candidate has a mechanical aptitude, understands blueprints and tolerances, and takes pride in producing accurate, repeatable parts in a safe and efficient manner.

This role plays a key part in maintaining production schedules, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes to produce precision parts
Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications
Select and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, and work-holding devices
Perform first-piece inspections and in-process quality checks
Adjust machine offsets and make program edits as needed to maintain tolerances
Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime
Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with safety standards
Document production activity and inspection results accurately
Follow all company safety procedures and quality requirements
