University of Vermont (UVM) is recruiting a Facilities Repairperson. This is a full-time position with great benefits. Our Facilities Repairpersons maintain campus buildings and their associated components. The ideal candidate will be able to perform basic carpentry, heating, cooling, and plumbing as well as painting and door repairs. UVM’s Facilities Repairpersons are integral in maintaining a high level of cleanliness and building and equipment operations for all campus partners.

High School Diploma and three years of experience in the building maintenance field. Experience using computers and mobile technology. A valid driver’s license, or ability to obtain and drivers check may be required.
