What You’ll Do

As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you will:

Install, dismantle, repair, and rebuild industrial machinery
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and alignment-related issues
Perform preventative maintenance and machinery inspections
Execute precision mechanical alignments and adjustments
Support equipment installations and plant shutdown projects
Work directly with customers to deliver technical solutions
Travel throughout the Northeast and occasionally across the U.S.
Learn advanced alignment and metrology technologies used by top manufacturers

What We’re Looking For

You could be an excellent fit if you have:

3+ years of industrial maintenance, millwright, machinery repair, or related experience
Technical school, apprenticeship, military mechanical training, or trade certification
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical problem-solving skills
Basic rigging or machinery moving experience
A mechanical mindset and passion for learning
A self-driven, dependable work ethic
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to travel and work in industrial environments
