Plumbing 101 Online
Prerequisites: None
This program is designed to provide students who cannot attend classes in a traditional apprentice program with the same opportunity to learn the textbook fundamentals of the trade. This training course must be supplemented by your employer, through both technical assistance and on‐the‐job training in each area of instruction in the book.Students must attend a few mentoring classes in our Raymond, NH facility.
Mentoring Sessions
The new requirement is to attend eight(8) two-and-a-half-hour evening Mentoring Sessions for each year of your Plumbing Course. There will be 60 dates available. Attendance can either be in person or via Zoom. Advanced registration for these evening sessions will be mandatory and must be done at least seven(7) days in advance.
The new Mentoring schedule will begin September 11, 2023, and run through December 21, 2023. Sessions will resume January 15, 2024, and run through May 2024.
Plumbing 101 – Monday and Wednesday 6pm – 8:30pm
Any Monday Mentoring Sessions that you attended will be credited. Mentoring days will be credited as two evening sessions. For example, if you have credit for three(3) day sessions you will need two(2) night sessions to complete your Mentoring requirement.
Nothing has changed with regard to Final Exams. All Final Exams must be proctored here at GSTS. You will need to call the office to schedule a time to take your exam.
