Aftermarket Sales Rep – Thermal Energy Solutions
Blake Thermal Sales & Service Inc. is a full-service thermal solutions firm that provides an array of products supporting hot water heating for various commercial and industrial facilities as well as process steam for manufacturers and industrial facilities. Headquartered in East Windsor, CT, Blake Thermal maintains five locations across New York and New England – including Concord, NH- and is the leading manufacturers’ representative of thermal energy solutions in the Northeast. We’re on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to sell our equipment, repair and upgrade parts as well as service. The Aftermarket Sales Rep will maintain relationships with our customers for our product and service solutions as well as grow our customer base through intelligent prospecting. You will gain invaluable interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills for your career.
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key decision makers, influencers, manufacturers, and personnel.
Assist customer with equipment selection, sizing, and estimating based on needs and using a consultative approach to provide customers with the best solutions.
Prepare and present quotations for customers with support from our inside team.
Effectively drive sales; meeting or exceeding sales targets for assigned territory.
Manage relationships with key accounts by effectively delivering customer value for sustained growth.
Support corporate goals and initiatives.
Self-motivated and open-minded individual with a passion for learning.
BA/BS preferred but not required. Will consider other work experience or trade school education.
This position requires frequent travel by car within the assigned territory of NH and adjacent areas of eastern VT. Overnight travel may occasionally be required for sales, training, or manufacturer events.
Valid driver’s license with proven safe driving record.
Ability to lift up to 75lbs.
