Responsibilities and Duties:

· This is a full time year round position that provides a strong customer focus.

· Must have the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

· Must be available Monday through Friday 7-5pm and for on call rotation nights and weekends.

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record a must.

· 1-3 years’ experience preferred.

· Maintain, repair, service, troubleshoot and install heating (furnace/boilers) and cooling systems.

· Gas/Plumbing/Oil licenses a plus.
