Facilities Technician

Integrated Realty Resources is a family-owned investment property management business that believes in building and maintaining a strong team that works together to find the best solution for their clients. They are currently seeking Facilities Technicians to join their team in Manchester, NH.

The Facilities Technician troubleshoots work orders for various maintenance and repairs of properties located in southern New Hampshire. The typical workday is 8a-4:30p; however, there can be some / limited overtime, for example for winter snow removal and/or getting space ready for a new tenant. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical ability, thinks methodically, and is highly motivated to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on assigned work orders to perform maintenance services and repairs (plumbing, carpentry, plastering, painting, and electrical).
  • Monitor preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Represent the company in a positive manner to clients.
  • Complete all documentation for work performed in a timely manner.
  • Clean up work areas at the completion of each project.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED and relevant maintenance experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Knowledge of basic power tools.
  • Computer and smartphone skills including email and work order systems (AppFolio).

Field Service Technicians

Field Service Technician (Commercial/Industrial HVAC Technician)

Our Field Service Technicians travel to customer sites to safely repair, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial and industrial dehumidification equipment. This position requires the ability to work independently, and candidates should have strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Our technicians travel up to 75% of the time to customer sites.

Job Responsibilities:

• Travel to customer sites to perform service and customer support

• Diagnose and correct malfunctions on equipment

• Provide customer training on standard Munters equipment

• Provide technical feedback on equipment by submitting detailed field service reports

• Communicate professional with customers in a service-oriented manner both in person and in writing

• Promote sales and service on company equipment

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years minimum experience in the commercial or industrial HVAC industry and/or a combination of work experience and the successful completion of HVAC/refrigeration vocational school

• Ability to travel extensively, up to 75% is required

• CFC Certification or the ability to obtain within 90 days of hire is required

• Experience with Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration systems and components

• PLC controls knowledge highly preferred

• Strong written and verbal communications skills

NH Licensed Gas Installer- Generators

As part of a generator install team the gas installer would be responsible for install the required propane lines from the provided tank to the generator. Company work van and company tools provided.

Water Care/Service Technician

Position Summary:  This full-time position will service equipment at the customer’s location. As a fully trained Water Care/Field Service Technician, you will be dispatched from your home. As such, you will be given a service vehicle and report to Scarborough for restocking and meetings only. Work orders will be assigned and updated through a company managed I-Phone, using the latest software in our industry.

Primary Duties Include (but not limited to):

 

·        Service, refurbish and maintain hot tubs, swim spas and saunas both in-house and in the field in a professional & timely manner; trouble shoot and call manufacturers if needed

·        Communicate and work with customers in a friendly, professional way, discuss any added service that may need to be performed and provide pricing

·        Work with Service Writers if there are any changes and if additional service needs to be scheduled, also work together on pricing and quotes

·        Do everything possible to complete a service call before leaving the customer’s home; communicate and reach out to others on the service team for assistance

·        Provide water care services to our maintenance contract customers at their homes

·        Perform drain/refills; educate our customers on their water care

·        Winterizations

·        Provide accurate accounting of each service call using company systems, notes, pictures, etc.

·        Assist fellow technicians if needed

·        Maintain vehicle inventory

·        Responsible for keeping vehicle organized and clean

Qualifications: our ideal candidate will possess the following –

·        Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment

*Company will provide cell phone with the expectation that equipment will be returned in working order upon separation/termination.

 

Hours:

·        Minimum 40-hour work week with core hours 7am – 5pm

·        Scheduled, rotated Saturday coverage 9am-2pm (3-4x/per year)

·        Overtime available depending on the time of year

·        Black-out dates for fair season (end of Sept/early Oct)

 

 

Starting pay:  $18-21/per hour DOE

Job Description

M. Braun, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate to join our Warehouse Department.  This person will be responsible for material and inventory handling and maintaining an accurate inventory for all MBraun parts.

Job functions include, but are not limited to:

Load and unload trucks
Pull parts to satisfy BOM’s (Bill of Materials)
Ensure received materials are accurate and are put into the correct locations, process & post in ERP system
Maintain inventory locations
Perform cycle counts and spot checking on inventory items
Assist with breaking down and packaging system shipments
Drive company vehicle to pick up and/or deliver materials as needed
Responsible for the proper storage, organization and cleanliness of the warehouse area
Process small orders through warehouse and ERP system
Any other duties required for this position

 

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.  This person should be able to stay focused and have the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written and oral instructions.  Job requirements include, but are not limited to:

Experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
Ability to use hand and power tools (experience preferred)
Ability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis
Fork truck experience a plus, but not required
