Plumber Apprentice

We are looking for a dedicated Apprentice Plumber to assist with our growing business while improving their own skills. The responsibilities of an Apprentice Plumber include assembling pipes, handling many different tools, cleaning job sites, inconsistent work hours and daily travel to the work locations. The Apprentice Plumber can expect to assist in complex jobs and handle smaller jobs on their own.

A successful Apprentice Plumber will be well-organized and detail-oriented. You should have good customer service skills, be able and willing to follow instructions, and be prepared to travel to clients’ homes to complete your work.

Duties and Responsibilities

Identify issues with plumbing systems,
Perform cleaning and unclogging services,
Install or assemble plumbing fixtures,
Locating and identifying leaks,
Repairing or replacing pipes and parts,
Determining the right tools and equipment necessary to successfully complete a job,
Help to ensure that all work is in accordance with federal, state, and local plumbing codes,
Cleaning the job site after the work is completed.
Additional work activities related to other fields or services,
Answering client queries,
Follow orders and instructions.

Requirements and Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent,
Vocational training may be advantageous,
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for prompt start of the day,
Pass criminal background check,
Ability to lift over 50 lbs,
Willingness to learn on the job, go through training, and earn a qualification as a Plumber,
Adept at using the basic tools of the trade,
Quick learner,
Good math skills for accurate measurements,
Excellent manual dexterity,
Strong active listening skills,
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Starting pay will be based on experience, starting at $10-$15 per hour . 90 day probationary period and no additional benefits during the probationary period.

NH Electrical Apprentice

Works under the master / journeyman, assisting in the planning and installation of standby generators.  Performs other tasks necessary to complete the projects and assist the installation crew.

Installation of HVAC Equipment

We are looking for full time installer to perform the following:

Installation of Furnaces, Boilers, A/C’s, heat pumps, water heaters, and air quality equipment.

Experience preferred but will train the right candidate.

Plumber

TCC is seeking experienced Plumbers to join our team. If you are a Plumber with at least 3 years of plumbing experience this is your chance to advance your career!

Requirements:

As a Plumber, you will assemble, install, or repair pipes, fittings, or fixtures of heating, water, or drainage systems, according to specifications or plumbing codes.

Additional responsibilities:

Inspecting structure, locating and marking positions of pipes, connections, and passage holes for pipe in walls and floors
Cutting openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings
Cutting, threading, and bending pipe to required angles
Assembling and installing valves, pipe fittings, and pipes composed of metals and non-metals
Joining pipes by use of screws, bolts, fittings, and solder
Testing pipes by filling them with water or air and reads gauges to determine whether the system is working accurately
Installing and repairing plumbing fixtures
Repairing and maintaining plumbing by replacing washers in leaky faucets, mending burst pipes, and opening clogged drains
Additional requirements:

3 years of plumbing experience
Ability to comprehend schematic diagrams, blueprints, and other specifications required by our client
Experience working with hand tools, power tool, and electronic test equipment
Strong working knowledge of job site safety as well as the ability to complete a company specific safety orientation
High standard of integrity and professionalism
