Field Service Technician

Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Repair and maintain laundry equipment in response to customer calls

·       Complete the required number of service calls daily and meet performance goals

·       Promote customer satisfaction with property managers

·       Monitor all tools, equipment, supplies, and vehicles for all installations

·       Track and document all issues during the workday and follow through with the appropriate parties

·       Maintain a sufficient and accurate inventory of replacement parts

·       Always maintain a clean and safe vehicle

·       Perform other duties as requested

 

Skills:

General knowledge of basic electrical and mechanical concepts
Able to lift heavy equipment safely
Ability to prioritize, multi-task with an attention to details
Excellent time-management skills; available to work overtime when needed
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills are a must
Quick learner

Education and Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Gas fitters license  – required
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Punctual, dependable, and trustworthy

Trade school degree or certificate a plus

Assembler

The Assembler V performs a wide variety of assembly operations to create precision electro-mechanical assemblies. They use precision measuring instruments to ensure conformance with blueprint specifications and tolerances to meet our customer’s needs. They will be Working with a microscope for extended periods of time to assembly delicate rotary joint products. Working regularly from prints and drawings and utilizing parts lists to match work orders/routers, following process specifications and utilizing standard measuring tools to follow customer specifications and then accurately fill out supporting documentation. This position requires soldering small center conductors and cable assembles, building wire harnesses and circuits.

Communicate results of work in process to management at daily Value Stream meetings
Identifies and addresses non-compliance, looking for continuous improvement opportunities
Interface with engineering, quality, planning and other support groups to get the support and assistance needed to resolve issues that are affecting quality and/or deliveries
Qualifications

Overview
This is a key role to be filled in the rotary joint value stream. The Machinist II will plan, set-up, operate and make tool adjustments to cut and shape all types of metals and synthetics using manual (e.g. lathes, millers and grinders), EZ Track computerized machine shop equipment. Will works from blueprints, process sheets and sketches to perform production tasks. May communicate with engineers to better understand the purpose of a part assembly. Will check and inspect machining operations against specified tolerances. May identify and repair minor machine malfunctions.

Responsibilities
Machining aluminum and brass parts
Qualifying and machining brazed assemblies and castings using Manual Milling Machines with Proto Trak and Mill Power controls
Should be able to machine assemblies and piece parts to .001 tolerance.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED from an Accredited School
1-2 years experience as a Machinist
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills and be comfort working with coworkers and staff engineers in an aerospace machine shop environment under minimum supervision
Proficient at designing and fabricating simple work holding fixtures for use on Lathes and Milling Machines
Proficient at methodizing complex detail parts
Proficient at setting up and operating all machine shop support equipment such as drill presses, surface grinders, honing machines, band saws and cut-off saws
1+ years’ experience in a defense contractor, aerospace, or military environment
Capable of adapting to changing priorities
Familiar with machinability of aluminum, stainless steels, titanium, glass reinforced epoxies
Familiar with measurement and inspection equipment and techniques
Familiar with cutting tools and techniques
Must supply own tools Calipers, mics and misc. hand tools

Work primarily in a CNC Machining Cell performing set-up and production functions to meet department scheduling requirements. Perform set-ups to respective Set-Up Sheet and Process Spec instructions
Ability to proof read CNC Program file
Ability to edit G-code program file.
Ability to self-inspect machined product to blueprint
Responsible for preventative maintenance for CNC equipment
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with little or no supervision
Time management as well as any last minute job requirements to meet customer needs
Maintain and control lean environment and workplace organization
Other duties as required

HVAC Mechanic

The HVAC Mechanic is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial HVAC systems. Responsible for providing excellent customer service and producing the highest quality of work and services to multiple technical systems. Provide expertise in the HVAC field for troubleshooting complex issues applying trade knowledge exclusive to those with the highest level of HVAC experience. This position may perform duties related to chiller maintenance, complex dining refrigeration or highly restricted Research constant temperature control systems. All HVAC Mechanics are expected to act as department leaders to mentor apprentices and share specific knowledge with others in the field of HVAC maintenance.

OPERATOR / LABORER

Performs routine work of an unskilled, semi-skilled, or
skilled nature, requiring the ability to do heavy physical labor efficiently, and involving the
operation of motor vehicles and heavy to light equipment used in a range of public works,
